Hi Eliassal,

no I am sorry, there is no tutorial currently available of that kind.

SPALM and SPSF focus on improving the devlopment process with Visual Studio. It's focus is not supporting round-tripping with adjustments you made in the productive SharePoint environment.

Although SPSF supports importing existing Content Types, Site Columns etc. from your local development farm, these imported artefacts are not synced if they already existed in your solution.
The purpose is more like, creating the thing through the web frontend and allowing you to redeploy everything on a different server or a different site collection.

The local deployment of solutions is best to be done with VS2010 functionalities. When deploying to a different server, SPALM/SPSF includes an ApplicationDeployment project in the VS solution, which, after compilation, includes a ready to use deployment package which  you can copy to a different server and execute StartDeploy.bat.  You can specify the environment specific parameters (webapplication, site urls etc) in the corresponding msbuild files of the deployment package.

Best regards
